What sticker finishes are available for sticker sheets?
Plain Sticker Paper - Textured like regular paper, great for kids & temporary projects. Easy to write on, but less vibrant.
Premium Matte Stickers - Our most popular finish! Smooth to the touch with strikingly vibrant colors. Great to write on!
Glossy Stickers - Bright, shiny stickers that can still be written on, but may resist certain inks and pencils.
Clear Matte Stickers - Just like premium matte, but features “invisible” borders and designs you can see through.
Are big vinyl stickers waterproof?
We consider our big vinyl stickers to be "indoor stickers," they are somewhat water resistant and will be fine on your water bottle but may not survive multiple trips through the dishwasher. They are also not UV resistant for outdoor use. They will, however, work great on your laptop or kindle!
Are vinyl decals waterproof?
Yes! These are made with permanent outdoor vinyl and can be placed outdoors on your car and can be submerged in water. They may not stick to textured surfaces.
Will my order include tracking?
All orders include package tracking through USPS or UPS and can be upgraded to Priority Shipping for an additional fee. Please choose a shipping upgrade at checkout if you need your order in a hurry!
I need my order by a specific date! Can you guarantee it will arrive on time?
We do not guarantee order delivery times, but we do make every effort possible to get orders out the door as soon as possible. If you need something by a specific date, we strongly recommend choosing a priority shipping upgrade at checkout. Please note that order dispatch times may be affected by holidays, weather, and order volume.
My order didn't arrive. Can I get a replacement or a refund?
Replacements and refunds are handled on a case by case basis. Returns are not accepted due to the made-to-order nature of our products. For domestic tracked orders, please consult your order tracking for the status of your package. Please feel free to let us know if there are any issues with delivery. For international orders, we ask for an allowance of at least 30 days from the shipping date for your order to arrive.
I placed an order but I forgot to upgrade to priority shipping. Can you help me add it after the fact?
Sure! IF THE ORDER HAS NOT BEEN MARKED AS SHIPPED, send us a message and we'll be happy to sort you out. If it has been marked as shipped, that unfortunately means it is already at or on its way to the post office and we can no longer offer a shipping upgrade.
Why is shipping so expensive? What does the shipping cost cover?
Our free shipping is only available for small, low-cost orders in a stamped envelope. For orders with a paid shipping fee, the shipping cost is calculated to cover the package prices provided to us by the shipping provider you choose. We also use high quality rigid mailers and boxes to protect your order in an environmentally friendly way. If you have any further questions about shipping costs, please message us!
